I watched it Susan, though I don't often but I was interested in those two topics, the home study because I have been playing with the idea of OU,and the property one because it is a regular topic of discussion here lol.

Couldn´t quite understand how the housing scammers took people in.
If you buy a house for 25.000 to be done up so that you profit from the rent when it is let, who did you think was paying for the renovation?
