There have been problems with printing out the tree, so if this doesn't work, don't feel you're alone. It is impossible to print out a 'full' tree which no one with more than a few ancestors would recommend

Find the person you want as the 'root'.
Underneath the GR logo, select 'Pedigree'

You will then be shown the 'root' person to the left of the screen, then left to right their immediate ancestors - parents, grandparents, etc etc. It won't show siblings.

The Print icon is towards the top of the page underneath the words 'search tree'. It looks like a stylised typewriter.

If you don't want only the direct line, play around with the Ancestor and Descendent views

Can't help you I'm afraid Jaqueline as I would like to know the same thing for the same reason. if there is anyone who knows how to do do this, there are now two people who would be very grateful to know how!!!

Hi I was wondering if anyone knows how I can print just 1 side or strain of my tree I have severeral people listed and would like to print just some of them to give to a cousin
please help me if you know how to do this
