Lovely flats. If only similar ones could be built and offered in the UK where space is at a premium :-0

As long as the social housing tenants are vetted, there shouldn't be a problem. Even so AUD50 pw does sound terribly cheap!

I'm sure the housing authorities will be vetting the tenants! The small percentage of the awful tenants who trash their houses/flats give everyone a bad reputation.

I think $50 is the lowest rent, probably for pensioners.
