Just wanted to say please be careful in this weather if you are on any kind of medication and it keeps you going. Please don't be silly like I was and come off your meds for any reason. I had a sickness bug for five days and even after it had subsided I was nauseous and could not take my asthma meds. I became very ill and scared a lot of people. Please be aware that even one day without meds can get serious. Take care in the changeable weather we are having and stay healthy x

ty Rose yes it can be hard going. We get excited about the sun and yes can enjoy it to a certain extent. I hope all those who are struggling are not having too difficult a time of it. Sadly, meds don't seem strong enough when the weather changes so it can be hard going. Just looked at the weather no rain for Essex, but its looks like its gunna be cooler so that's good news x

I'm not asthmatic, but I sympathise because I have hay fever and have been sneezing all day. I know there are a few on here who struggle in weather like this...pretty as it is outside.

Due to change tomorrow I think.
