wondered how they were going to get back lost tax on cigarettes - if everyone gave up smoking the government would lose a shedload of tax - I worked for a tobacco company for many years and at the time a pack of 20 was around 3/6 of which the manufacturer got 6d. I would imagine the same ratio exists today |

For the past 30 years I have been a heavy smoker, on average 50 to 60 a day :-( |
