I love Yoga and have been practising for nearly thirty years. It is not classed as "exercise", but it's for body mind and spirit, however the postures certainly help to keep you toned. Give it a try for a few weeks, I feel sure you will feel the benefit. :-D |

Hello Bethan. Do give it a try, but don't expect immediate results, it will take couple a of months before you start to feel the benefit. We do meditation at the end, I love it it is so relaxing. I am going to my keep fit class (for over 50s) this afternoon, I always come out of that class feeling so energised. |
