The ones I wear most often - either summer sandals or wet weather Moccasins - on a rack in the enclosed porch.
Boots are kept in the bottom of the wardrobe in their boxes with other shoes either in boxes if the boxes haven't fallen apart, or thrown in on top of the boot boxes.

OH has fewer pairs of shoes. They could be anywhere - on the porch shoe rack, bottom of the wardrobe, by his side of the bed or even by 'his' armchair!
We both have walking boots which live either in the car boot or porch. Wellies are kept in the garden shed but brought indoors if snow is forecast.

We really need to go through the rack as there must be several pairs that haven't been worn for ages.

I keep the ones that are worn the most on a shoe rack under the stairs. The spares are kept in individual shoe boxes stacked in the bottom of one wardrobe, Hubby,s shoes are kept the same way his spares are in boxes in his wardrobe

I don't have many, two or three pairs of trainers as well as the pair I am wearing, the ones that go with the posh frock (you can imagine they are nearly worn out),the ones that go with the other posh frock and a pair of boots..

There never seems to be a good place to keep them.

Where do you keep yours?
