My son was in Essex police and when a previous suspect plane was diverted to Stansted he had to go on board to check it out, not knowing what he might be faced with. |

I did check in at Stansted a few years ago and yes it is designed for hi-jacking etc. Harlow police station is where any arrested would be taken, Glad all is ok now though. |

Yes, it has landed safely and the crew and passengers have now all disembarked, it was originally due to land at Manchester, but as a result of an incident which seems to be related to a disturbance between several passengers, it was diverted to Stanstead. Retorts are saying two people have been arrested. |
