Did anyone notice this new announcement on GR Announcements??

Issues logging into GR

Genes Advisor 12 Jun 2013 16:09

Since our site update on Monday, members using IE9 have been experiencing some issues logging in and being logged out again. We are working on a more convenient fix for this, but in the meantime we advise you to either change the browser you are using to Chrome or Firefox, or to clear your cookies, close your browser and open it again. We know that this is not an ideal solution, but it will solve the logging in and out issue for those of you who want to access the site whilst we fix the problem.

NOTE:- also posted on Geneologyl Chat, for information purposes for those who may not look on this Board.

This may be a temporary solution for people having problems since Monday ............ there have been several threads and posts regarding problems.

Ta for that but I don't think anyone is really interested - I posted a thread earlier but I am assuming everyone has already worked out what to do.

well, it is the same answer GR has been giving to everyone for the last year or so :-D

LadyScozz Report 13 Jun 2013 01:17

I'm not having any problems, but Chrome???? :-P

Not on my computer!

I've been warned off it.
