I can log in OK, however when I try to look at my sent messages this is the message I receive

Firefox can't find the file at http://www.genesreunited.co.uk/_resources/adverts/advert_uk_banner.htm?addataad2one=frg.unknown;gen=f,age=50,mar=y,kid=n;.

When I want to look at my inbox messages this message comes up
XML Parsing Error: unexpected parser state
Location: jar:file:///C:/Program%20Files/Mozilla%20Firefox/omni.ja!/chrome/toolkit/content/global/netError.xhtml
Line Number 305, Column 54: &netTimeout.longDesc;

I am using Mozilla Firefox AND the help and support just throws me back to this

Please advise
Thanks, Sara

Could someone please explain why this has been Reported?

Sara, when I clicked on your hyperlink, all I got was a banner advert. If it was supposed to link to your inbox, then only you (or GR) can access them

Try using the hyperlink from the email GR sent to your normal email address, OR click on 'inbox' from the drop down list under 'messages'.

Anything that refers to .jar files us using Java. Java is not installed by default on Windows systems and is not used by GenesRU. It is also very rare to find ads using it, they prefer Flash.

You may have some sort of malware or the ad itself may have been compromised.

Try adding the free addon "AdBlock" to Firefox.

Thanks both for responding, I have downloaded Google chrome to see if that helps. I prefer Forefox myself. I have tried using the link from my normal emails and I can see the inbox and the messages but there is this other message blocking them. It was me who reported it as I thought that was the only way to get someone from the support team to help me, sorry

Understood Sara :-D

To ask GR the question, best to email them directly as you can't guarentee that they have time to browse the boards, and spot your problem

support@genesreunited.co.uk

As they work office hours Mon-Fri, don't expect a reply until next week. They'll probably say that they can't replicate the problem!!!!

Try Rollo's suggestion in the mean time
