Reaching your target before Christmas will be brilliant. I've lowered mine a bit and now need to lose another half a stone. Good luck Lynda.

Hello ladies and gentleman :-D

I've just started feeling "normal" had a throat infection, then I just felt unwell, but since Saturday have felt back to my old self :-D

I put on a pound last week, but I was just eating what I fancied, but now back on track, don't know if I'll lose this week though, but at the moment I'm just pleased to be feeling well.

Good to see a new member, hello Robert :-D

I have so many good recipes, I really must write some for on here, thanks for your suggestions Ann.

You're all doing good, I will now have to make a big effort to keep up with you all.

:-D

Hi Robert,
I think that probably a lot of men and ladies need to lose weight but the ladies are more likely to actually do something about it.

So why not join us and see how much you can lose before Christmas.

It seems as though it is only the Ladies who have a problem or is it just that men will not admit it.

I would love to lose a stone in weight.

Sorry for the delay in replying but we haven't had any electricity for hours and so I couldn't connect to the Internet.

Thanks Ann for yor daily diet. The dessert sound good and I'll try it. I never eat breakfast and never have, but the rest of the day I eat quite well. I'm allergic to fish but I do eat a lot of chicken breast. I do feel better for losing weight and I haven't got much more to lose now.

Well done Paula for staying at target.

<3 <3. Thank you Ann, I struggle a bit due to IBS, but I am keeping to my goal weight for most of the times so I can't complain.

I am managing to stay the same, which is a minor miracle at the moment, with far to much temptation.

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 14 Nov 2013 11:29

slow but sure is the name of the game :-D

Breakfast usually porridge or boiled egg or cereal

lunch - omelette or beans on toast or jacket potato with tuna

evening meal - spag bol or chilli or chop, potatoes and veg, or fish with potatoes and veg

usually have the same dessert cos I like it - our team leader's concoction -

oblong dish or loaf tin - fruit at the bottom layer, cover with sugar free jelly - leave to set - then another sugar free jelly with milk and plain yoghurt and/or skimmed milk - when bottom has set, put the top layer on and leave to set - virtually sin free

I also snack on bananas

Lost one pound yesterday at weigh in. One things for sure it's a jolly slow process but I can see and feel the results of the last couple of months.

Ann you lose nearly every week and are doing brilliantly so what do you eat in an average day? My weight goes up and down and I would prefer it to just go down for a few weeks. :-D

AnnCardiff Report 14 Nov 2013 10:42

Evening ladies :-D I didn't add this week, as I haven't been feeling to good, I've had a bit of a cold, but it's turned into a tickly cough, and I have some sort of infection, got anti b's Friday, but still feeling yuk, the throat doesn't hurt, but it feels like I have a hairball down my throat, so annoying, although now know what cats must feel like :-|

Anyway I did weigh in on Wednesday, and I gained a 1lb, because of the way I feel, I'm just eating what I feel I want/need, I'm still eating healthily, but it's not always fat free things, I'd rather get myself better, then worry about what I've put on, health first eh :-D

Looks like you're all "in the zone" so hope you all lose this week, I very much doubt I will, but look forward to feeling normal again, and getting back on track.

Have a good week everyone :-D

Hi everyone, thankyou for your encouraging words and well done with the weight losses :-)

I did go for weigh in last night and had stayed the same. The last weigh in was two weeks ago before my holiday so all in all not as bad as I thought. I have started afresh and we had the lamb tagine which was in the S/W magazine. It was really nice and worth the effort.

Have a good weekend

Teresa :-D
