don't think they freeze well, though having said that I buy frozen summer fruits in M & S and there are strawberries in that - perhaps you have to "open" freeze them - why not google to find out? |

Tend to be a bit mushy when they are defrosted but they are fine in other dishes like trifles. Or make strawberry puree and freeze that - yummy with vanilla ice cream. |

they must be dry to freeze spread on a tray bag frozen ..but tend to mush easy when thawed, |

prepare them, freeze them, flat on a tray, none touching another berry, put in a freezer bag OR box after 24-48 hours |
