How many children do they have on 1911

Have you searched on FreeBMD using Rayner and Manchester

Any proof they had 10 children

look them up on 1911 and 1901 census

1911 says 8 children born and 5 still alive

Use FreeBMD for births after 1911

Manchester which I thought was her surname is where they married - would be nice if the information given was correct

I hoped the Lancsbmd site would show mother's maiden name, but sadly not.

It does show that Charles and Stanley were registered in Newton district though.

Maybe that site will help to find other possible children's births

You might have to fork out for one of the BC :-0

Check out the lancsbmd site and hope that the mother's maiden name is shown for the other missing birth and death. It's free to use
