Hi, I had my chart printed as per instructions but when I received it there was a large part missing, I had researched my paternal side of the family back to 1635, but when I received my chart it stoipped at my father and went no further, my grandpartents and their siblings and parents back to 1635 had gone, so read the small print.

Oh dear - was there a fault in the gedcom if you sent them one?

As this post isn't a particularly good advertisement for them, they might be willing to have another go for free.

I posted because I was interested in learning whether any other Genes members had experienced the same problem.
