Sharron

Sharron Report 31 Mar 2014 00:07

OH has just come back upstairs, having been down to Fred who wanted to get up.

He is taking his time getting over his hospital stay, as you would expect at ninety-four but is a little better each day.

All his life he has been an early riser and is usually the first call for the carers.

This meant he was woken at what was some time before 6 am to him this morning.

He has spent the last few weeks gathering himself and now the time change has knocked him back some.

Wecould have done without it.

Dear Sharron

Hello

Mr Fred needs to adjust to being back at home.

Nothing like your own bed and lav!

He'll settle soon.

What about you? Some nurturting and pampering, otherwise known as TLC.

Take very good care of yourself, Sharron
Many good wishes to you
Elizabeth,
xx

Lav?

Nothing so average for Fred. He has a commode! With wheels and everything.

A few weeks of sausage sandwich outings might get things sorted.

Fred (don't we all!) gets upset when his routine is changed..... and that means you and your OH don't get your usual rest either.

Next SS day, you should have an afternoon nap!

Sharron, I think you have the patience of a saint

I am only 70 and when the clocks change I get confused - this year I put them back an hour instead of forward :-S :-S :-S

Hope Fred internal clock sorts itself out quickly and he gets back to his usual daily routine ;-)
