	Hi LB. <3 :-D I managed to walk up and down the street this afternoon after the Physio had left using my walking sticks and I quite enjoyed it. I've been out with my daughter and SIL for a meal but it was door to door by car. GP

	Good Evening all you lovely people. :-) :-) :-) <3 <3 <3 :-D :-D :-D It is an absolutely beautiful evening in Newcastle and I hope it is like this tomorrow. Physio came today and put me through my exercises and tested me using walking sticks instead of crutches and I think I passed with flying colours. Everything seems to be going to plan. GinN will be packing up tomorrow to fly home and she has enjoyed her holiday. I saw this advert on TV and I thought it was quite catchy.
