Buying only small amounts of something

I don't usually extol the virtues of one particular shop, but today I discovered that as well as doing the best bread and the best fish in our town, in this shop (M) I can buy a really small amount of paté in a packet - just enough for one sandwich.

And they were more than willing to cut me any size piece of black-pudding I desired (a really small piece in my case). OH doesn't care for paté or black-pudding, but I adore.

Also, so good to be able to buy only small amounts of higher fat food. :-)
