It's a pillow that gives support to neck and head etc
to make sure you are lying in the proper position and
not damaging those areas plus your back.
It's shaped at the front, flat on the base.
I was getting a lot of pain with RA till I got one of these.
Now my neck, arms, shoulders and collar bone are fine. :-D

As much as I enjoy the friendly banter on this thread, as they say - all good things come to an end ;-) so it's time for me to switch off my computer as my eyes are telling me they need a rest, so I am going to log off, put my eye drops in, sort my evening meal out, then watch television for a while before I go to bed ;-)

Researching:
I am researching the Wotherspoon family from the Old/New Monkland areas of Scotland, some moved to the Leslie and Kelty areas of Fife and I'm having problems linking the Wotherspoon's from Leslie and the Wotherspoon's from Kelty. I am also researching the Clusker family from Co. Meath in Ireland who moved to West Lothian and from there to Fife............"Vita non est vivere sed valere vita est"
