	Can anyone have any suggestions as to what might have happened please. I paid my 5 credits to view a newspaper article but nothing was there it was just a blank box, I thought that perhaps if I put it into my keep safe it might be ok but it wasn't, it did appear in my keep safe as a small picture but when I opened it it was just a blank box again. Any thoughts Thanks
