artificial disk replacement ADR

Has anybody any sort of acquaintance with ADR ?

It is a technique for replacing the pads between vertebrae with an artificial version rather than fusing the vertebrae. The result is that the pain is fixed AND normal movement restored.

After a long wait OH place in the queue has risen to the point that she will be getting an interview with the team before the end of the year.
