	A long walk in the fresh air, making the effort to actually do it is the hard part, I can always think of something else I would rather be doing
	Researching: Matthew and Jane Elwood who had my great great grandfather Francis Edward Elwood baptised in 1807 at Horsham Sussex. There is no sign of Matthew or Jane from this date and my great great grandfather was brought up as Francis Edward Elwood MITCHELL
