No Credit Given

Thought I'd share a thought with you.
I use the internet a lot for entertainment. Use you tube to watch stars in their prime singing. For example Dene Martin, Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Eartha Kitt.
All super stars in their day. We remember them at their best.
Yet little or no credit is given to the composers, the song writers the musicians, without whom the singer wouldn't have a job.

I think credit is usually given on CDs/DVDs. It is those who put it on you tube who should give the credit I think.

Sinatra for me..I like all others mentioned, but Frank has the ease and phrasing that he practised ,apparently under water to perfect his lung capacity.
Ella Fitzgerald is also a favourite.

Meant to add...the composers ,Irving Berlin,Cole Porter,George Gershwin, wrote some lovely tunes that will last long after a lot of today's pop music!
