Unfortunately, once the time-limit has expired, you no longer have access to the records you purchased. Similarly if you had a Platinum subscription but have now taken out a standard variety, the records you had viewed have been closed to you.

200 Credits
Credits are valid for 90 days
View records on a pay-as-you-go basis
Send messages on a pay-as-you-go basis
Unlimited access to the records you have viewed for 90 days
........
50 Credits
Credits are valid for 30 days
View records on a pay-as-you-go basis
Send messages on a pay-as-you-go basis
Unlimited access to the records you have viewed for 30 days

Although it doesn't help you retrieve the ones you paid for, next time download them to your computer then back up to your keepsafe

Put your mouse over Keepsafe.....chose View Saved Records.

I recently paid for quite a lot of records and saved them in my keepsake but now I cant find a way to view them as I'm not a paid member but they are paid for. Is there any way to access these records
