When Venus is that bright it can usually be seen in daylight if you know where to look.

I agree with Bob that heavens-above is a good site to use.

Roughly speaking if you know where Venus is now then tomorrow it will be 15 degrees east of that point one hour earlier (and 30 degrees two hours earlier etc). It follows the sun approximately keeping the same angle behind it.

The ISS is also visible and bright but a fast mover. In London you need to be somewhere such as Hampstead Heath, Richmond Park, Epping Forest or Shooters Hill to see even Venus though.

I've seen it quite clearly twice this week and I'm in West London. :-D
