1950 US Census released

Following on from grannyfranny's thread ..................

the 1950 US Census is available for free from the US government site ..........

https://1950census.archives.gov/

But be warned ............... they admit names are mis-spelled as they used Artificial Intelligence for transcriptions.

I've found it difficult to get to even finding my person .................... I get as far as Ward 2 of the city she was in, but then am faced by having to scan many pages of the actual census.

It's a bit late at night to continue!!!


But I think it will be helpful for those of you with US family.
