	For most of my life I have helped others in any way I could, now it has come back to me, I use walking aids, stick and Rollator and people are so helpful in lots of ways, thank you all whoever and wherever you are. :-)

	I'm a big believer in What Goes Around Comes Around and also in What Doesn't Kill You Will Make You Stronger. In my case I've proved them both right. I'm pleased your're getting the help you need now ZZzzz and I hope it continues for as long as you need it xx
	Researching: Matthew and Jane Elwood who had my great great grandfather Francis Edward Elwood baptised in 1807 at Horsham Sussex. There is no sign of Matthew or Jane from this date and my great great grandfather was brought up as Francis Edward Elwood MITCHELL
