It is 1.15pm in early August and we are on the verge of switching the lights on

I upset my OH when I said I was looking forward to complaining about how hot it is later in the week. He wasn’t best pleased and I might not be around if I do complain

We’ve had thundery showers forecast off and on for weeks, we don’t often even really get the shower. Today we’ve had rain AND the thunder. Then some sunshine although that is going .
