	I know the first Covid jab made me feel very unwell. The second was Pfizer which suited me better. Dont know the ones this year yet.

	I know Belle but if you watch channels with constant ads interrupting programmes you start to ignore them as they become a nuisance :-(

	Belle I have a sounds App I sometimes put on…like rain in the forest or waves crashing the shore etc…even they don’t always work :-0 :-0 Then sometimes like last night I crash out dead to the world for 2hours quite early :-\|

	We have our flu jabs in the morning, booked a couple of weeks ago at the local chemist. Yesterday got a text from the Dr asking us to come along for a combined jab. Not likely. :-0 :-0
