I'm desperate to get off the island but the ferry costs so much.

the day i interrupted, was strange. all of a sudden, you said, now who would grow thistles on purpose? me of course. then i thought maybe i had created too much disturbance.

You need a holiday girl! You really should come and stay over on the 19th at the Dorset meet - it would do you good. If you don't mind bunking down on a blow up mattress you're more than welcome to stay at mine - if you can put up with Hubby and nutty dogs. lol 6 weeks is a long time - that would seriously do my head in as well. Mine can't pester me to take him out as I don't drive and he doesn't want to go out really - his hands have started peeling and he's all paranoid about it. Buy your Hubby a jigsaw - one of those Wasjig ones - should keep him busy for a while. lol Mine's been on the Play Station a lot - I escape upstairs on the computer - never thought I would be so pleased to own one though. lol Kaye x

Thanks for asking Louise, Yes he's getting there, they thought at first that he might have had a heart attack, but it was only a very serious Angina attack which then developed into a viral infection, but they didn't diagnose that for 4 days. He did have some congestion around his heart muscles so they were also keeping an eye on that, but that seems to have cleared as well. We almost lost him 23 years ago with a heart attack, but luckly he was at hospital (not for himself) at the time so they managed to bring him back. Helen

we live in an old house, we have a toilet down the back yard that i like to sit in (sorry) the dogs usually hang out down there with me too. Its sunny down there in the day and peaceful at night. i thought it was one of them pushing past , but wrong size...no. didn't scare me so much as surprise me.

Helen I think sometimes I have messages hanging around for about a couple of weeks before - like a taster. It don't half confuse me when nobody understands them but I think they'll turn up eventually. Kaye - hubby is doing my nut. He is perfectly capable of getting around now and is bored stiff. He keeps wanting me to take him out but we've got no money and its raining and I'm fedup of seeing him. I haven't been on my own for about 6 weeks. Soon as he goes back to work the kids will be off lol

Hi Louise - good luck with the OU, if you can some help towards the fees then that will be great. It is such a lot of money to find. I've been looking at it again - I really should just chuck it away - but we wouldn't get any help with fees and don't have £500. One day I'll get around to doing something. Have you more or less decided what you want to do? I'm fine thanks - something very strange happened to me earlier though, it was most unusual - I had this sudden compulsion to clean the Cooker!!!! Of course that led to cleaning a load of other things as well and my Kitchen looks clean and tidy again. lol How's your Hubby getting on? It's funny that mine should have problems with his feet at the same time as yours - he's just been signed off work for another week. He gets a bit ratty because he gets bored (he's used to working 55 hours a week and then doing Judo and Running on top of that) - his hands have been bad too, but at least he got to watch all 5 Rocky films! lol Kaye x
