Wakee Wakee!!! Hooray it's a fine day, show a leg there and get out of the doldrums. Not that I feel in a very festive mood, had another off day yesterday and it is still with me, but getting better. Rick I am pleased to hear of your good fortune. The only claim to fame in my family is that my Grandmother on my fathers side is reputed to have sewn the Ermine to King George V coronation robe. All my aunts and G/ma were furriers. Tell Jan we did sleep better the other night, thank goodness, I counted the legs on the sheep then divided by four, to get the number who jumped over the gate, by the time I had worked it out it was time to get up. June How are you and how are you getting on about your hip and leg problems. Did I tell you I have an appointment with the specialist on wednesday next? The way I feel now is it is going to be a waste of time but my Doctor wants to put his mind at rest so I will have to go. Just a song at twilight, When the lights are low, And the flickering shadows Softly come and go. Though the heart be weary Sad the day and long Still the Voice at twilight Comes loves sweet song Comes loves sweet song. AAAH! ain't it nice? All for to-day So from Sentimental Jim and his love Mary C. TTFNTWMALLOL from us both

John Report 30 Jan 2005 00:54

Hiya All, Faith, my prices aint steep. It costs 75 quid to get the Gas man from Lichfield to here, and it's only 5 miles! No I don't have any references, but I do have preferences, mainly nymphomaniac daughters of brewery owners lol ;-)))))} Nice to see you back on song Jim! I bet Margaret is nursing that next-door neighbour! Go on June, get your knee/hip done, but don't wake up in the middle of the op like I did, the surgeons conversation is a revelation 8-)))))))} I did apologise to him afterwards though for eavesdropping! My excuse was that I couldn't get off the table ;-)))))))))} Tarrarabit - John xxxxxx

Hello all It is 12.24pm here very muggy, I think I will stay inside today. I did go to a swop meet this morning so hot, {like a car boot sale} June thank you and John for all your help. Might go for a snooze before it is cool enough for garden and walk the dog. All the best Pam

What a gay day no rain no frost no snow no nowt! Still worse things to come. Our cat, Fred tells us when bad weather is on its way. He goes berserk chasing round the garden like he is possessed. Just like this morning, and low and behold the local weather people are predicting a big change in the weather by next week-end. February is always a bad month, especially if America has been having bad weather. So must dust off my snow shoes, polish the runners on my sled , get my winter tyres on the scooter, turn up the heating and hibernate til it gets better. Faith Thank you for your thoughts they are really appreciated. Thank goodness I feel I am over the worst. Uphill struggle but I intend to get there. I don't know if I have told you but at the age 6 a gypsy told me I would live to 95 so I still have 14 years left to make you all smile. It's being so cheerful that keeps me going!! While strolling on the park one day In the merry, merry month of May, I was taken by surprise, By a pair of sparkling eyes, While strolling in the park one day. They belonged to a beautiful blonde who thought the Board of Trade was a bench in that same park!!!! All for now. So it is TARA FOR THE TIME BEING AS I MUST TAKE A RIDE ROUND OUR PARK TO SEE WHO IS ABOUT. YOU NEVER KNOW YOUR LUCK. LLOL From unlucky Jim and optomistic Mary C.

Hello All, Well Jim I am back, had trouble with my computer it was poorly sick. Could not send emails or even get on to our site. All is well here, I will be back later. Tat Tar June.

Margaret Report 1 Feb 2005 20:23

Im Back !!! Spent 5days in Calgary waiting for my friend to get fixed up, they did two anigioplastis (cant spell) they talked about doing by pass and he was really scared of the thought of that,(the man in the next bed didnt help , told him how they cut your chest open like a pig etc!!) so luckily he didnt have to go that route, I bought him home on Saturday afternoon and have stayed over at his place to make sure he was O.K. but now I am home and will just go check on him a couple of times a day. I laughed at my 6yr old Grandson, he asked where I had slept at Julians, I said in the spare bedroom, he said " Oh thats O.K. then " my son in law said it comes to something when he is checking to see if Grandma is a slut sleeping around. Anyway I am still trying to check all the messages I have missed, sounds like Jim is up and running again, and John is coming to look after Faith and I , sorry Im not a Nympho, brewers child., but she couldnt afford your rates anyway. all you smart people finders how do you find someone who maybe was adopted or at least changed the birth surname ? we have been looking for late My Mother In Laws fa,ily but no record shows anywhere.Must go still trying to catch up on things around here. Bye for now. Marg

Hello All, Glad to see you back Marge. Very pleased to hear your friend has come home from hospital, You made me laugh re your grandson asking about your sleeping arrangments Bless him. He is just checking you out. Jan, I hope your new job went well,. So poor Percy has got a cold dear dear. I think men are all the same when they get a cold You would think they are at deaths door. LOL He cant be too bad if he polished off a curry and had afters. ha ha. Mom. John I think the girls would like you to go over the pond and do their odd jobs for them, but you will have to bring your rates down abit. To all the other friends of this site hope you are all well. Come back soon. Tat Tar for now June.

John Report 2 Feb 2005 00:48

Hi All - It's that man again! It's nice to feel wanted, and I think I would like the ladies across the pond. Margaret sounds just like my late better half, but I don't have a passport (and I aint gonna have one until they give me a freeby - not long now ;-)))))))}) Who spread the rumour that I am good at Done It Yesterday, as an old signwriter friend used to say - when asked if the job would be ready soon - "I'm a signwriter, NOT a bloody typewriter!" I hate the telly ad. that says "Tax shouldn't be taxing" Why is it that when a man learns a Trade, he is expected to be an expert in ALL things? 8-((((} I tried to get on this board yesterday (Monday) but it was down for maintenance - I dunno, when the spirit moves me there's always somebody to turn out the light! lol. Margaret, have you tried to find out if your relative changed their name by Deed Poll? I've got two brick walls, one because three blokes with the same name (forename and surname), got married to three women with the name Sarah at about the same time, and the other because my mother's mother had been married twice, so I can't find her birth name, and I cant find her marriage to my mothers father either!!!!!!!! Good Morning All, Hi Marge I am still here, just about. I keep asking people to come back on the site. But sad to say I think people have lost interest. Or they are up to their necks in looking for relies. I just hope all our friends will find time to say hello. Off to have my morning coffee, but will call back later. Tat Tar June.
