To confuse people even more there is also a Barton R. or Barton Regis in the Bristol registration area. I kept overlooking my grandmother because I didn't realise this was Bristol. For those looking for relatives lost in the wars the cwgc.org is quite helpful. I found my great uncle had a memorial in France, and I have a little bit of history around the cemetery that I was able to print off.
