I am trying to trace William Chard who I believe may still be alive. Unfortunately I cannot find a date of birth or a place of birth but I believe he is related to or may be a child of William Chard, born 1908 in Keynsham Bristol. William (1908) worked in the Merchant Navy and lived in America for some of his life in his younger days.

I would be grateful if anybody could help me trace this person or begin to tell me how I might find further details.

Many thanks in advance.
