As you haven't given birth info for the children it is difficult to try to help you, although, as you appear to have access to censuses, you should be able to work through the generations yourself

If you've looked in search trees, and found nothing, then no-one has the names in a GR tree

I rather think you are looking for CHILDREN of the offspring whose names you give...........they are each others' siblings.

To find descendants, you should start by looking on freebmd for marriages..............then search on later censuses to identify chlidren............then repeat the process for each generation.

As you have info as recent as 1941, you must have more details than you mention
To find people with the name currently in the area, try the BT phone book

Margaret

Margaret Report 18 Oct 2011 14:50

My great grandparents were all from Shropshire - George Hales born 1831 he married Margaret nee - Caldecotte. They had a large number of children , William, Philip, Ellen,Elizabeth, alice, Emily, Louisa, Charlotte - The family owned different farms FarmHouse, Shawsbury in 1871 -Gadlas Farm. Ellesmere in 1881 Damsons Farm Whitchurch in1941

I am wondering how I would find any of the above decendants siblings - and if there are still any in the Shropshire area. I am thinking of spending a few days there just to see what or who may be still around.

I wondered if there are any Hales decendants from Shropshire on genes reunited - who would have any idea on how to find anyone connected to this family.

We have checked the family trees and come to a dead end - so any help would be wonderful
