I am assuming that Flowerpot is assuming that Walter H Broom, born and died in Devon, but married in Somerset, is the Walter in question.
There are 3 Broom/Eveleigh children born in Devon, and another possible born in Taunton.

If Mary Broom is Walter's sister. his mother's maiden name is possibly Rousell, and there is this birth:

There is no marriage in England/Wales between 1916 and 2005 for Mary Broom to anyone named Whiteley (or any variant thereof)

If your Solicitor is involved, the deaths must be VERY recent...........so no wonder we can't find anything on line

Having said that, your Solicitor should be the one carrying out these searches - he/she will have access to far more records then we have.............and you'll be getting a big enough Bill from him/her.
