In that case, I recommend you edit your heading to read Canada rather than Southport.

Thanks Jan for your reply.

I am looking for any info. re his life in Canada/US, and if he had any family there.
He did not marry my grandmother in England, and had left the country before his son (my father) was born.

Grateful for any info.

Lynda, not totally sure whether you are looking for descendents in England or Canada? I assume you are wondering if he had more than one family. Had he ever married your grandmother?

I am looking for info. re pos. descendants of James Holden b1914. He emigrated to Canada on Duchess of Richmond from Liverpool and landed in Quebec 16.05.1931. He was travelling with 2 female relatives, Georgina Curzon Holden b1892, and Ellen Holden age 58.
James Holden was my grandfather, and any info will be most welcome.
Many thanks,
Lynda
