i am looking for my birth mother her name is rosemary cheadle possibly born 1931 her mothers maiden name maybe johnson she gave me the name of frances isabel and i was born on the 9th of april 1954 i would dearly like to know if i have any siblings

I can see the birth you mean, in Staffs. Is this where you got her mother's name from, or do you have another way of knowing this?

There is a likely marriage for the above Rosemary. I can PM it to you, but you really need to confirm the birth of your mother before pursuing this.

i have been on the births and marrages sites and found a rosemary cheadle born in 1931 and her mothers name was johnson she the married a man called keith r scott in 1965 i have my adoption certificate but that is as far as i have got regards fran

Frances. if you don't mind, I advise you to contact social services and request access to your adoption file. This will give you much more information.
You might also put your name on the national Adoption Register, in case other family members are looking for you.
