	Dorothy, this is a very unusual surname. I suggest you look for Sylvia p Cosker on 192.com, as I believe she is likely to be his wife - she shows up as living with a William John Cosker. Jan

	There are 2 marriages for a William J. Cosker in Southend. The 2nd is to a Sylvia. I think they are on 192.com for 2002-6. Jan

	If you do not know exactly when he was born how do you know he has'nt died? There are a lot of William White's born around that time Also death records only go up to 2006
