Can anyone help me with search for Beck Family who emigrated to Oz in 1920. :-)

jax Report 20 Oct 2012 17:25

welcome to the boards Anne

Do you have any names for them as there seems to be more than one family

Anne Report 20 Oct 2012 19:50

My great uncle Frederick Beck, born in Marylebone in 1890, went to Australia in 1920/21. I believe he settled in Adelaide where he married Mabel (surname unknown). They had 3 or 4 children the youngest named Stanley. That is all the information I have.

Anne :-)

Could you please reply on the thread rather than send private messages

As for tracing the children....the death cert for Frederick may name one of them or if you know one was named Stanley you could search the white pages for a phone number/address

Are you also in contact with the other members who have Frederick Beck born Marylebone 1890 in their tree?

Anne Report 23 Oct 2012 11:30

Have left numerous messages for members with Frederick on their trees and had no response.
