Unless you know when and where he was born, you have very little chance of progressing with this

Anyone who may have known him during his service in WW2 would be in their nineties

Welcome to the boards.

Have you tried "Search all trees" on this site, under the Search button above?

If you find a possible match you can contact the tree owner to see if you have a connection.

Robert Henry Brown was a leading aircraftsman in the RAF during WWII. He was a part of the Empire Air Training Scheme in Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe). He was stationed at Thornhill, Gwelo in 1940 and Khumalo, Bulawayo in 1941. I would be very happy to hear any news of him, from perhaps his relatives, but also from any friends who may have known him. Best wishes, Leigh
