What about ordering either Fred or Mary's death cert. to see who the informant was?

hi can anybody out there help me i am looking for cousins alice m baker 1931 and joyce l baker b1933 i have no idea of their married names or where they are living now ther parents fred and mary baker nee worley both passed away in hertfordshire.
