Hi.. I've tried 192.. Google.. etc etc
If anyone knows another way or knows of a Kenneth Barrett, Born 1956.. Mape Street Bethnal Green?
I've searched the death records and My partner is the only tree he is added to .. a long shot I know but if you don't ask you may not know

How is your partner related?
Does Kenneth have siblings or parents that you know about?

Added:
If he has a brother, Barry, possibly born the end of 1946 and registered in 1947, at least one other person has him in their tree.

Adding a living person to your GR tree without his/her permission contravenes the site's T&C's
