The death cert should say then if she was wife or widow of and her husbands name. Then the marriage can be looked for and any family connections

do you know that she had children?

do the 'interested party' know where she was born, how mny times she married or anything else about her?

Is the 'interested party' related to this woman?

Advise him/her to purchase the death cert....for info about her maiden name and birthplace

You can't hope to trace family without having factual info about her origins
