Just tried a post code search, so sorry it can be done as long as they have not opted out of course

Researching:
In Essex,Hertfordshire,Cambridgeshire,East and North London and Kent...My lot did'nt travel much

I can do a reverse search from the 2003 elec roll with the address of postcode iff that is of any use to you.

You can only look by name as far as I know....unless you go to the nearest main library to that address and check for yourself
