My mother's uncle, Charles Kenneth Alexander Palmer, born about 1890, emigrated to Canada with his parents in 1902. Charles served in the Canadian army in Europe in WW1. The family give addresses in Huntsville and Parry Sound in Ontario. Charles married, Kitty Eileen Blay in Godalming during the war, but that marriage only seemed to last about 6 months. Charles returned to Canada in 1919 where he was described as a farmer.

Charles married Marie Desirée Pirret in the Catholic Church in Huntsville in May 1920. After that, I have lost track of them. I would like to be able to find when the died and if they had any children. I have tried several places in Huntsville including the Catholic Church, but I have not been successful.

Notes
I have the army records of Charles. Born 1890, in W Norwood, Croydon, but gives various dates in records.
Mariie was born in Oct 1900 in Paturages, Belgium. (I have her birth cerificate)
Parents of Charles were Ernest Palmer, b. 1867 and Elizabeth Louisa Plested, formerly Grimes. b. 1850, Norwich. No doubt, because of the age difference, their ages get closer as they get older. On the 1911 Canadian census, they also gave incorrect dates for emigrating..

My Grandfather died in 1918 in WW! and Charles offered to take my mother and elder sister to Canada and adopt then, but my gran refused, wanting to keep all the family together.

Any help appreciated.
