She may still be at the same address, but opted out of the public ERs. Have you tried just writing to the address? Also, have you tried to google the full address - Zoopla should have details of when the property was last sold (always assuming they owned it).

Yes, you will need credits if you want to access the full address - it's not a subscription site so no one will have free access.

I have searched the ER from 2002 - 2013 on FMP. No sign of them, so perhaps they have 'opted out'.
