His birth ref has another ref too against the page nos, could he have been adopted?

Looks like she was a twin? Sadly the other twin died soon after birth, what a shame.

Ok I didn't know what sex the name would be so opted for male. However you would need to know the new name to find any further info like a marriage etc.

Have you looked on search trees to see if she is listed ?

Assuming you are related, you need to register on the National Adoption Register to see if she is seeking her birth family. Or do as Shirley suggests, using all family names you have to see if anyone else has them on their tree.

The whole point of the adoption laws is that the info remains confidential.

If you are related.............follow the good advice given above
