Hi. I hope there is someone out there that can help. I'm trying to trace my father. His name is Francis Duffy. He was born in 1951 in Preston. His mother was Mary Turner. I believe he had a brother James.

He briefly lived in Scotland when he married my mother Margaret Colligan Sheerin in 1970 & I was born in 1972 and my brother Michael (deceased) in 1973.

I hope there is someone that can help.

Have you looked in 'search all trees'?

Or on Friends reunited?

www.192.com?

Facebook?

Welcome to the boards Frances.

There seem to be 4 Duffy/Turner births in Preston around that time. If you go to Freebmd and search using these names and specify Preston you can see them.

Chartles P. shows in Preston 2002-4. Might be worth checking out.
