	Have you looked at free bmd for birth records etc? Have you looked to see if anyone on here have Fippards in their trees? Added; Births Dec 1915 Fippard Patrick G H Manning Fulham 1a 266 A quick search gives Hampshire Fippards and London Fippards. I think you need to get the birth certificate for parents' names. There is a birth that could be a sister, but in Hampshire: Births Mar 1913 Fippard Nora I Manning Portsmouth 2b 776
