It may help to know who the informant was on her death cert, if its Carole then you will know her surname at the time

perhaps tracing his grandparent,s info may find him as an informant

a bit late but there is another marriage for a Carole M Simmonite in 1987 Fulham BUT if its his mum he was an adult then

my Uncle Phillip did get remarried but he hasn't seen his son Simon in approx.45 years since he and Simons mother separated
we would just like to know where he is and love to get in contact with him

It may be sheer coincidence, but in 2002 a Simon Triggs was at the same address as a Phillip Triggs

No record in England/Wales of a re-marriage for his mother
