Advise your partner to add himself to the national adoption contact register

Personally you can do very little as you are not blood related ,only your partner as a sibling can take initial steps to be assisted through the correct chanels.

My name is Sam, and i am trying to find my partners sister.
She was adopted at around 5ish months due to his mum being only 14. My partner would love to meet her and i know so would the rest of the family and would love to make this happen. But i only know her name at birth and date of birth i dont no much else. What can i do?
Much appreciated for any help :-)
